A banana frosting for your cakes.


  • 1 egg white, unbeaten
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 18 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. Original Molasses


  1. Place all ingredients in a small-bottom mixing bowl.
  2. Beat vigorously with an electric or rotary beater until mixture is light and fluffy.
  3. Serve at once over squares of hot gingerbread or cake.
